Yeah, but not an easy one, I assure you from experience.  We, the profs,
first have to find ways to get ourselves to see directly how we ourselves
have been misled by our own subjective experience and consequent
perspectives.  We have to step outside our box and our selves, and look at
our lens rather than merely through it.
