More likely it would be an abnormality in his frontal cortex; this is the
part of the brain that is supposed to keep the limbic system in check.
Whether or not the above is true, his problems have certainly been made worse
by the narcissism and entitlement he seems to indulge in (and be indulged in)
because up to this point he (as well as so many other college coaches) has
been overvalued and held to a different standard of morality than many other
members of the community. It is good that finally he has been held
accountable because he is a terrible role model to athletes and others in
society.
