I'll be teaching a course on the Biological Basis of Behavior, as well as a more advanced course on Physiology next semester. I'm currently investigating potential physiology and biopsychology textbooks. (I've used older versions of Kalat and Pinel in previous courses. I've been happy with both.) I'm also thinking about how best to divide the material. If anyone here teaches these courses, I'd be appreciative of their advice. I will happily compile any lists of physiology and biopsychology books and post them on my web page, along with my other book lists. I'd also be happy to hear about effective class exercises, videos (has anyone here tried Gazzaniga's for undergraduate classes?), or demos. Thank you very much for all of your help.
