If you have a copy of DSM, I'd refer you to p. 871 for mention of the
MacArthur Reliability Field Trial.
Funded by the John D. and Catherine T. MacArthur Foundation, this "videotape
field-trail project" tests the validity of DSM-IV criteria and was "expected
to be completed in 1995." The P.I.'s are Allen Frances and James W.
Thompson.
You should be able to do a search to locate where it was published with the
above.
