Subd. 4.
Sabbatical leaves may be granted for one (1) semester, at full base salary,
or for a full academic year at two-thirds (.667) of base salary. Faculty
members who are granted a second full-year sabbatical leave shall receive
eighty percent (80%) of base salary. Subsequent full-year sabbaticals shall
be funded at ninety percent (90%) of base salary. For part-time faculty
members, the amount of sabbatical pay shall be adjusted pro rata.
