Tipsters, a former student of ours who now works designing web-based products
has asked for a recommendation for an entry level textbook in the area of human
factors. Does anyone have any experience with such a texts? I imagine that a
human factors text that emphasizes human-computer-software interaction would be
most appropriate.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
