> 1) Approximately how many majors do you have in your department?
460

15 full time: 2 social, 3 clinical, 1 developmental, 1 community, 8
experimental
Adjunct varies from 17 to 23, some adjuncts have taught up to 3 courses
per semester.

Good question - here a pretty closely guarded secret (my view - to protect
departments with large f/t faculty and few majors). I know we are one of
the highest if not highest in majors per faculty.

Our research course is 2 hr lecture, 4 hr lab with no assistants. We cap
enrollment at 16, but sometimes may go as high as 18.
