I know you are all out there, somewhere.
I am teaching a seminar this Spring for field placement students in the Human
Development program at Cal State Long Beach. I need to develop a list of
readings for this class.
When I had field placement classes back in the eighties, there were a couple
of good anthologies available which were usable in social work or counseling
classes. These covered wide ranges of clients (age/sex/ses) and/or problems
(drugs/behavior/health) and interventions - counseling, advocacy, community
work etc.
If any of you know of such collections, and can send me some basic info off
list, I would be very appreciative.
