Hi all,
LI has been demonstrated in both respondent and operant preparations, although
studies with humans more typically use operant procedures. According to an old
review by Lubow (1973), LI is found in goldfish, goats & sheep, rabbits,
dogs, rats,
and humans, and with responses such as leg flexion, tail movement, eyeblinks,
conditioned fear, avoidance, and taste aversion, among others. I believe that
Lubow had a book-length treatment of LI published in the 80's, but I'd have to
check to be sure of the date.
