Here is a good reference for you. If you don't have the book in your
library, I could fax these chapters or snail mail them to you. Anyway,
the book is:
Halpern, D. F., & Voiskounsky, A. E. (1997). States of mind: American
and post-Soviet perspectives on contemporary issues in psychology.
Oxford, England: Oxford University Press.
It is a wonderful collection of assays and articles. The two that might
be of the most interest to you are:
Environmental psychology: Evolution and current status / Paul A. Bell
and Eric D. Sundstrom
Environmental and "green" psychology in the former Soviet Union /
Sergei Deryabo and Vitold Yasvin
Good luck with your talk!
