Unless I've missed some posts, I gather that this is a response to
some things that I wrote. It's difficult to know that for sure, though, as
the descriptions of the so-called "condescending comments" don't sound like
what I thought that I actually said. My point was that _dishonesty_ is
dishonesty.
I patiently await clarification.

(p.s. - I'm also an agnostic about the effectiveness of abstinence programs,
and a quick search of the literature seems to suggest that's a very
reasonable stance at the moment. On the other hand, sometimes the cure seems
quite a bit worse than the disease...).
