I think it's fine to ignore postings from someone that you cannot
individually email, if it would seem to cause more harm than good by
addressing it over the server.  However, I don't think we should ignore a
post from someone simply because of the type of email they use, nor simply
because they don't have a sig file. (Some people may not know how to
attach a sig file, and some may have email systems like my own, in which
the sig attachment often gets erased when responding to people).
