Interesting, and while not impossible, I still think it's most likely a night terror. Typically, our dreams in NREM are a jumble of images with no coherent story line. Night terrors add sweating/fear/increased respiration and heart rate/etc., and the images are scarey, even though, if awake, they wouldn't be. If she's really worried about it, an evaluation at her local sleep lab will determine what's going on and if there is aberrant/seizure activity occuring. Let us know what she decides to do (and how she's doing). If you'd like, I can try to dig up my books from my sleep lab days....
