I'm delighted to see these return (now I can dispense with my list of
exceptions to APA style that reinstate hanging indents in my guidelines for
student papers. Hanging indents were abandonded only because people whined
that they couldn't figure out how to make their word processors do them. Now
that that is easy, hanging indents (as well as special type faces used in
typeset mss.) have returned. It is much easier to locate references when they
are printed with hanging indents, so the return is welcome.

I don't know about the journal list, but I _feel_ like I'm losing my vision
when I try to use the index! Lots of open space but tiny, tiny, type with a
fine type face. Very hard on the eyes!
