Yes, Steve, you are correct the circuit design is the protocol for error
correction and its weighted history of correlated experience. The circuit
stores fractals of 1/2 and superpositions in a fuzzy logic which at certain
time units equals a high fuzzy probability which is the quantum collapse
into a particular interpretation. The brain does the same. The Paul trap
is the confinement time used for the fuzzy correlations to express
themselves because they are cross correlated in a linear trap but expressed
at a single location and time.
The error correction is due to reciprocal feedback and is time phased. This
is similar to Jack Sarfatti's backprogatation wave from the future and past
interacting to create a particular present.
The error correction rebuilds memories that have been destroyed by noise.

Subject: Re: Topological quantum computation/error correction in (the
brain's) microtubules
> Hi Ron, Good article. I'm reading much more on these theories in other
areas. Could you explain the protocol in CORE for error correction. I was
under the impression that it was a a natural part of the circuit and no real
correction is necessary. Or are you saying that the Paul trap developed
within CORE is what causes this to happen, as in the microtubules?
