We have both (see the link on Mission Statement from my website). The BA 
student is required to take 3 classes of a language and the BS student is 
required to take 3 additional science and math classes. Most students 
(about 70%) opt for the BS. We haven't really noticed an advantage or 
disadvantage for each. Some students who come through the Psychology 
program are in pre Med or pre Physical Therapy programs and they go for the 
BS because they had to take the additional science and math courses anyway.
