TIPS has been pretty much the same since I joined it years
ago--it's a combination of a place to discuss classroom strategies,
teaching techniques, new theoretical perspectives, and almost anything
that is of interest to those of us who teach psychology. At times it
gets political or combative in nature (particularly when dealing with
religion) but it returns to its normal focus eventually--and provides us
all with a comfortable "meeting place" where we can talk comfortably
with our peers.

I doubt you'll see many changes here in the future--it's pretty
much "standardized" by now.
