maternity leave for psychology professors

Hello Tippsters: 

I am a psychology professor and pregnant.  The maternity leave is dealt
with case by case for professors at my college.  Depending on the Dean at
the time, the policy has varied.  The family leave act is honored, but
compensation during the leave has varied.  I am curious how maternity leave
is handled for professors at your college or university.
