No, it is Psalm 14:1. Because the Bible was not originally written
in English (which may come as a surprise to some people), there
are various versions or translations of this passage. In my copy
of the New Oxford Annotated Bible (3rd ed; 2001), it appears
on page 785 Hebrew Bible. A webpage with various translations
