I have a copy of a video by the old CRM film series titled Moral Development.This piece is narrated by Rosenhan and it is a recreation of Stanley Milgram's experiment.Rosenhan tried to link up various aspects of Milgram's to the stages of moral development outlined by Kohlberg.The critical variables were the excuses subjects gave for continuing the experiment.In other words excuses were viewed as a status of one's moral development.I do not buy this connection.
