While my comment was tongue-in-cheek, there was an underlying seriousness to it, namely our puzzlement concerning how our neighbour went about doing what they did (and almost didn't). But I don't see any supreme confidence or lack of self- doubt in our confusion. Now I'll have to add to that my puzzlement concerning what TIPSter friend Scott meant as well.
