However, I am looking for something more basic: some literature that shows that there is evidence for the circadian shift. What I am finding is evidence for studies such as the one you posted. But I am working with administrators and I need some of the basic evidence! I am hoping some tipsters who teach biopsych or related courses might have that basic evidence for me. Thanks again.
