So I have an extra copy of the wonderful huge binder of instructor resources from the 8th edition (compiled by the recently deceased Martin Bolt). I know that those of us who teach college are happily endowed with these supplements, but many high school teachers are not. Does anyone want it? I can mail it. (First come....)
