If I didn't know better, I'd swear you wrote the second article.  It's
exactly your kind of humor, as in:

I'm happy to see that you're putting your retirement to good use finding
 erudite, interesting, and just plain fun articles.  Much better than the
idiocy of theodicy, eh?  And you even found a "dubya" in there.  All in all,
an excellent day for intellectual delight on this Cinco de Mayo.  *Gracias!*
