" Whatever will go wrong will go wrong" so states Murphy's law.I guess Skinner would probably imply that whatever goes wrong snould be studied.It is my understanding that Skinner developed some informal principles of learning.It is also my understanding that he formalized the ratio schedules of reinforcement because some rat chow got jammed in the dispenser pellet magazine.
