Thanks Stephen.You know for the visually challenged it can really be a pain.I have a friend from Colombia who is blind and uses the computer,I guess he better do not go there.I am surprised that the ADA has not geven this some attention since it may present problems for the visually impaired. On the other hand, can these images be used or have any implications re an intelligence construct? Could it be that quick deciphers differentiate in intellectual capacity from slow deciphers?
