Apparently the Federal judge in California who ruled to overturn Prop 8 has brokeback mountain issues himself and some are questioning his objectivity.I find a lack of objectivity in gay scientific enterprises,for example a gay behavioral scientist by the name of Simon Levay purports to have found differences in the brains of gays to support the assumption that gay behavior is genetically grounded.
