While googling for materials on Miller I came across the
NY Times obitary for her which can be read here:

Note her claim to have broken with psychoanalysis.

>From what I read by Alice Miller, I felt like it would resonate
with the Bass & Davis position and supply support for a 
"repressed memory" account.  The 4th edition of "Courage to Heal" 
is available on Amazon and one can search for Alice Miller within it: 
there are 5 hits and Miller's theory are first presented on page 76 
under the subheading "The Body Remembers".  There's a copy
on books.google.com but that is of the first edition.
