Wow! I guess the past 100 years of Industrial and Organizational Psychology 
didn't have any science in it. Hmmm...

"Results such as these are preliminary. But they do offer the possibility of 
turning aspects of management science into a real science-and an applied 
science, to boot. Decisions based on an accurate picture of human nature have a 
better chance of succeeding than those that are not. For instance, if job 
satisfaction and leadership turn out to have large genetic components, greater 
emphasis might be placed on selection than on training."
