A new book about Klinefelter's syndrome, the genetic condition in which there is an extra X-chromosome, is available for free download. The author is Iain W. McKinlay, who himself has the syndrome, and it provides his personal viewpoint on the condition.
I've browsed it. It's written in non-technical language, intended for the general reader, and contains extensive information on the syndrome. I haven't tried to evaluate the quality of the information provided. However, the fact that Dr. Milton Diamond, a recognized expert in sexology, wrote an introduction for it and hosts it on his website, suggests that it meets some minimum standard for accuracy, although Dr. Diamond does not say this. One unusual and regrettable aspect of the book is that it references not publications, but experts who are the source of the assertions made. Anyway, if anyone wants to have a look, or to suggest it for students, it's available here: http://www.hawaii.edu/PCSS/announce/index.html#ks (scroll down) Stephen -------------------------------------------- Stephen L.
