A new book about Klinefelter's syndrome, the genetic condition 
in which there is an extra X-chromosome, is available for free 
download. The author is Iain W. McKinlay, who himself has the 
syndrome, and it provides his personal viewpoint on the 
condition. 

I've browsed it. It's written in non-technical language, intended 
for the general reader, and contains extensive information on 
the syndrome.  I haven't tried to evaluate the quality of the 
information provided. However, the fact that Dr. Milton Diamond, 
a recognized expert in sexology, wrote an introduction for it and 
hosts it on his website, suggests that it meets some minimum 
standard for accuracy, although Dr. Diamond does not say this. 

One unusual and regrettable aspect of the book is that it 
references not publications, but experts who are the source of 
the assertions made.
