That's a pretty amazing article. I didn't doubt that it happened, but the level of detail about the process is fascinating. I have little doubt that he over-estimates the scope of the problem somewhat. It happens to everyone on the "front lines." Talk to a cop sometime about what "average" people are like.
Ironically, I like the guy's attitude toward his work. It is much better than that of the "students" he serves (and that of many of the students who haven't yet stooped quite so low). He takes on a job as a challenge, and pumps it out on schedule.
