Off the top of my head, that would be how I recall it.  But given how
unreliable memory can be, I went over to Wikipedia [yadda-yadda]
to see if there was more info on her activities.  Indeed, there is but
one would probably have been following lauper's career fairly closely
to be aware of how busy she has been over the years.  Here's the
