the clip provides a dramatic illustration of how a malfunctioning 
part of your brain can can take control of your behaviour even as you 
struggle against it.

(reminds me of a clip I saw somewhere recently of experiments on the 
effect of magnetic stimulation of the brain on speaking fluency)
