The idea that unconpleted tasks are more likely to be recalled than completed 
tasks  defines the Zeigarnik
effect.However recent research  at U of San Francisco on  multi-tasking  showed 
that multi-tasking impedes recall.Please note that both multi and Zeigarnik are 
attributed to the principle of sustained drive.
