If there is one psychological theory that is fundamentally Eurocentric it must 
be Piaget's.
Piaget's ideas do not hold  in African and  Afro-centric
cultures.A major difference is that of malleability and fluidity experienced 
within the Afro-centric paradigm
in contrast to the rigidity and rationalistic bend  of white kids and their 
Eurocentric derivatives.Take for example,the idea of the principle of 
conservation which Piaget believes is age-dependent: African kids ,however, do 
not have  this problem because
they are participatory observers in molding clay and other objects in all types 
of shapes and sizes.
