The NY Times has an article about a chess playing program that
the International Computer Gaming Association has determined has
computer code that was plagiarized from two other chess programs.
The author of the program in question, an international master chess
player, has been banned from entering programs in future competitions
and titles won by his program have been removed.  Just another
example of plagiarism and the consequences it may spawn.  See:
