We in Daytona are getting ready for Biketoberfest and expecting over 150,000 easy riders this weekend.There will be lots of bikes in town mostly Harleys and other Japanese varieties.However my reflection was on the old days the British BSA ruled the motorcycle world. Many have faulted Brtitish manufacturing stubborness in resisting to change the BSA so that it could start faultlessly without having to break one's leg. The Japanese out smarted the Brits by coming up with an ignition key to get their bikes in motion with no problems.
