I also enjoyed the movie. The first half is better (very funny, horrifying and odd perspectives of the humans involved in caring for Nim initially) than the second half which goes more into traditional concerns about animal research. Overall the movie says a lot more about the humans who cared for him (and their projections of wishes and desires onto Nim) than about anything the research could have (or did) contribute. Marie
