I've done some checking and here's what I've found: (1) Although the NY Times article says that it was a radio interview, the interview between Wallace and Meadlo was videotaped and there is a film of it. The film is mentioned in the following 2000 article: http://www.chicagoreader.com/chicago/witness-to-a-massacre/Content?oid=903937 (2) Wallace did a "60 Minutes" piece titled "Back to My Lai" which recounts his visit with Thompson to My Lai in 1998. The segment has part of the Meadlo interview as well as the part of the Medina interview; see: http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=7380121n&tag=mncol;lst;1 -Mike Palij New York University [email protected] --- You are currently subscribed to tips as: [email protected].
