An American guy who wanted to adopt two young kids from Colombia was not allowed to bring the boys to the U.S.He was initially approved to take the boys to the U.S despite the fact that he told the social workers that he was gay.The Colombian constitution permits adoption to gay parents.The American guy now realizes that he should not have told the social worker that he was gay. Maybe Alejandro can weigh in.
