I'm 'wrangling' two Flat World Knowledge books make it happen.

I/O psychology is, in my mind, two courses. It is 1) a course in the psychology
of behavior, motivation, productivity, etc. and 2) a course in human resources
and how psychometrics and psychologists contribute to optimal job placement and
selection. Business departments often have an 'organizational behavior' class
that is, fundamentally, the psychology of behavior, etc. part of a traditional
I/O course. And, business departments often have a basic human resources course
that covers much of what we cover in a traditional I/O course. They have
additional parts, too.

On the Flat World Knowledge website they have books on organizational behavior
and human resources in their business & economics section. Turns out that even
if my students were to purchase both of these books it would be cheaper than
the I/O book I had been using (Spector).

It is an experiment on my part and we'll see how it goes. I'll report back here
in time for folks who will be considering their textbooks for fall semester.
