We dont have a policy. Story: a minister at a Lutheran school made the case to 
me that selling unsolicited mailed books is ok because 1. They save money by 
mailing and not sending out a rep 2. They ask you to review the book without 
your consent 3. They do not offer a reviewing fee to you. He claimed he would 
review it, sometimes sell them, and that was his fee. Obviously soliciting 
books just to sell to a bookbuyer is unethical .....
