Dear Tipsters, I have read Ulric Neisser's work with interest. He has written on many topics, ranging from cognitive psychology, to memory in everyday life, to the nature of intelligence. I met him once at a face processing conference in Aberdeen in Scotland. He gave a fascinating talk which was substantive but delivered with style and with appropriate humour. From his work and from having the opportunity to speak with him at this conference, I can vouch for his highly inquisitive mind, which he applied to psychological questions using both traditional and nontraditional methods.
One thing I learned from his research is not to put my valuables in hard-to-find/unusual places (particualrythe oven) when I go on vacation. Sincerely, Stuart ______________________________ "Rectu Cultus Pectora Roborant" Stuart J.
