There was a time workers observing christian holidays like Good Friday and
Christmas would ask
their jewish colleagues to work for them on that day.
Is this still 'settled' practice to have a jewish person fill in on those
holidays? I am not aware of calls made to atheists to fill in.And do jewish
workers call on their chrisitian friends to substitute for them
on jewish holydays?
I can foressse a time when robots will take over
the work so that both christians and jews will not have to call on human
substitutes.
