Wait, NO! How can that BE! Oh, Wait, NO! What is this picture!

http://www.sharenator.com/Celebrities_Who_Played_Sports_in_High_School/#/Jon_Stewart_Soccer_Celebrities_Who_Played_Sports_in_High_School-11.html

And it looks like someone missed this episode:
http://www.thedailyshow.com/watch/wed-july-20-2011/u-s--women-s-world-cup-soccer-team

That being said, when Stewart does his soccer-snore act, he
does reflect the attitude of many Americans. I think I watched
a World Cup match that went into overtime but I can't be sure
because I'm trying to repress the memory. ;-)

And now for something completely different: I was watching the
Fox Soccer channel pre-game shows before they air the match
at 8pm EDT but while reading news.google.com, a news story came
up announcing the winner. So, I assume everyone knows the
answer to McKelvie's question. Any surprises?

And on a tangential point: in NYC there is a Channel named
JLTV which is just a couple of channels away from the Fox
Soccer channel. Late this afternoon they were playing the
movie "One Day in September". Coincidence?
