LOL I am so on board with Carol, Miguel and I suspect most of the TIPS folks about you (BILL!) not retiring. You have provided us with quiet but crucial moral support and patient leadership. I also agree with Tim, etc. that the TIPS posts are the bright spot in my journey through my emails. Thanks to you all for your wonderful and generous thoughts and concrete examples to enhance our teaching as well as recommended readings and topics for debate. Joan
