http://www.insidehighered.com/quicktakes/2012/06/04/gallup-finds-46-americans-hold-creationist-views Hi all: I'm back from my travels and getting my feet back on the ground. Best experience of my life.
I remember many years back--so this is for the long-time tipsters--that there was a discussion about some bias in the Gallup organization because Mr. Gallup himself was/is a rather right-leaning devout Christian an that some of his survey topics and items might have had the hidden agenda of showing that the Christian viewpoint dominates with the subtext that therefore, it must be right (as in correct, not politically, haha). Anyway, does anyone either (a) remember this discussion or (b) know of anything to support this argument, or am I having a false memory! Oh no! Not another one! Oh, wait, I seem to recall that my last false memory turned out to be only partly false. ;) Glad to be back...sort of. Annette Annette Kujawski Taylor, Ph. D.
