A fascinating long-term study of butterflies in the Fukushima area of
Japan reveals some of the effects of the radiation released from the
nuclear reactor there.  The study was originally a long-term study of
the effect of climate change on the butterflies but then the butterflies
changed form as their genes mutated from the radiation.
