Accusations of plagiarism at Southern Utah University in the ESL program. The basic accusation is that students who were failed for plagiarism would still manage to ultimately receive a passing grade and/or not suffer any penalties for plagiarism at all. One instructor resigned due to her complaints about the problem being ignored. Another is on leave pending and investigation.
