This is a request for information and experiences regarding biological
psychology textbooks. I've been using Kalat for years. I'm increasingly
uncomfortable with the pricing structure as it is now over $225 for a new copy
and extra for students web/etc. I was thinking seriously about Klein and Thorne
(textbook title is the same) and was wondering if others on the list have used
it and how it has worked for you. Also, student responses would be helpful.
It's about 25% in terms of student costs and it includes the
web/student-ancillaries. I'm not wedded to any particular text those are just
where I've been looking hardest recently. Your thoughts are much appreciated.
